I have a problem i want to control the bandwidth of a
individual user can i do it in linux although i have
used bandwidth monitoring(bandmin) but is it possible
to control bandwidth or restrict a particular user to
specific bandwidth?.. pls help in this regard

well at times its pretty simple and at times it gets complicated..if you are ready for the R&D .
if you know how to partition on the hard disk then create 3 partitions on the second partation install win 98 first.. then on the first partation install 2000 . during the installtion win 2000 w
