To start Webmin, I did the following:
1> KMenu > Internet > Communicator.
2> https://localhost:1000 into the Location text box
in the browser and press Enter.
The Webmin login screen does not appears.
Can anybody help me?

Assuming that webmin is running, isnt it -> http://localhost:1 and not
port 1000 ? (depends on your settings tho'!)

I agree. Nishikant has been putting in a lot of work on the site,

NOW: So far the best but also the most expensive.
VSNL: Real bad downtimes. Radio link that is.
Primenet: The one who will happily take in as much customers as they can before
worrying about thier uplink. Very unreliable
