camera is working,when I using video call via gmail, which is working. I
click cheese, window doen't open sir. I uninstall, then I install cheese,
there also same problem.

You could have done a google search to find out. I had a similar issue
after Ubuntu upgrade. It is realted to gstreamer cache. Removing the cache
(google for it) should solve the issue.
