Hi, Creating a linux distro is a piece of cake nowadays. There is nothing to do by yourself. you just to need to follow some how-to. Dont call it as a academic project. It would be as a classwork. Do some programming. Create some applications from scratch. Contribute to any existing open source

hi friends I have an idea of doing "Linux distro" as my final year project. Will it be better if i start with any already installed linux OS or by using the LFS(Linux From Scratch) live cd directly? If i use any linux OS which would do better for creating distro? Thanks in advance regards --Ba
