I am not sure whether i understand you correctly but if you want to skip
the loader screen and boot default, just set the timeout to 0. AFAIK,
you need a bootloader to boot whichever it may be.

I had tried put changes MBR directly boot without bootloader its possible.
BIOS--->MBR(some changes)--->booting process
In qemu emulator set some argument is possible to boot machine.
qemu -M ver
