I am not using any tools.By extracting the iso,squash files and chroot
only going to install the packages.
Just following the instructions(live cd customization) mentioned in

Location is everything. Consider Reliance vs BSNL based on that.
The speed is not the same in all towers. Make sure the tower near your
area is upgraded to EVDO, otherwise what you get is EVDO 1x RTT which
caps out at 144K. I found an older list of towers here
