I am trying to make wget work from behind a proxy. i have set the proxy in 'http_proxy' environment variable and using this command wget --proxy-user="myname" --proxy-passwd="passwd" http://www.iitm.ac.in/downloads/newsupdates/GJ%20&%20Research%20Park.ppt i get the error "407 Proxy Authentication
