I have been trying to convince an NGO in Chennai to switch to GNU/Linux and
they are ready to switch some of their laptops. They need help from the ilugc
community. They have a small budget for switching costs, so while volunteer
support is preferred, they are willing to pay for commer

I have created an "announcement" list, wherein only a "set" of members
are allowed to post to the list.
Currently, I have done it by restricting all members to be "moderated"
along with the "reject" option and manually disabling the "moderated"
