You can try using
SL_COMMENT : "//" (~('\r'|'\n'))*{$channel=HIDDEN;};
instead of skip() the token.

Thanks for reporting this.
Is your grammar using any user defined classes? gUnit runtime will
look for all the classes needed to run the grammar. Could you try
just run gUnit without GUI and see if it complains?
$ java org.antlr.gunit.Interp < MyGrammar.gunit

The problem is, that you use skip() where you should actually use
something like:
: "//" (~('\r'|'\n'))* {$channel=HIDDEN;}
This way the comment will still be acessible in the parser:
