I am following the instructions at docs.icinga.org/icinga2/snapshot and
have got as far as "2.6 Running Icinga".
It appears to be running however there is no mention of what web address I
need to use to access it. I also don't see a default username and password.

I see nothing about "Icinga Web" in there.
