* On the master: services are returned
* On the client: services are not returned
even if they have just been downloaded in client's

Client of course has "accept_config = true".
Proper configuration seems to be synced by reading logged activity. Infact

/var/lib/icinga2/api/zones/my-satellite/_etc/my-host.conf
