Hi,
I am integrating SNMP traps to icinga2 using snmptrapd and snmptt. It's working
perfectly fine for one host.
Icinga2 configuration files look as below:
==commands.conf file content
object Service "cmc_traps" {
import "generic-service"
host_name = "10.206.41.16"
Hi,
Please can anyone share sample /var/run/icinga2/cmd/icinga2.cmd file.
My requirement is:
SNMP traps generated through agent need to be viewed in icingaweb2 UI. My
current /var/run/icinga2/cmd/icinga2.cmd file for test alarm looks as below:
PROCESS_SERVICE_CHECK_RESULT;Controller2;snmp_
Hi,
Even I have the same requirement but could not find any relevant information in
documents.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
I am monitoring memory of the remote host from icinga VM (agentless check) by
doing ssh and executing custom plugin in remote host.
I am able raise one alarm per plugin. I am returning multiple metrics values
from one plugin and want to see multiple alarms raised from icinga for one
plug
Please can anyone comment on query mentioned in below mail.

Hi,
I need to implement a custom plugin in icinga2 which needs a ssh connection to
remote host as part of the custom plugin requirement. I want to use the default
ssh plugin available to ssh connection (credentials won't be passed).
Please can anyone let me know, how to use existing plugin in
snmp-based checks.
And now i'm planning on replace snmp with sending results via API.
