Either you have to adjust your database settings to utf8 or adjust your
query settings to match whatever you have set in the database.Some
applications expect uft8 by default, but I noticed that MariaDB comes with
latin1 settings by default.

I have latest icinga2 and web2 running on latest debian 9.4 updated to the
day.
I have graphite running as docker container, i can access it's web ui all
is good, metrics are recorded.
In icingaweb2 graphs dont show anything, no error no nothing.
