in Nagios or Icinga1 there were "Standard Macros" like
$SERVICENOTIFICATIONID$, $SERVICEPROBLEMID$ or $LASTSERVICEPROBLEMID$
and many more.
These Macros were helpful for expample in custom notifications for
Ticketsystems. In Icinga2 those macros does not exists.
