[icinga-users] _feature request?_ enabling only one notification when most systems go down

When something big happens (no false positive) and connectivity is lost to most monitored systems notifications flood the inbox. Can this be somehow prevented by sending only one notification ie based on a threshold so that when 60% or more is down only one message is sent "Almost all systems down"
