This can be achieved using the "ignore where"‎ clause in your notification apply rules for your services.  A smart approach to this (imo) would be setting a host var such as vars.disableloadalert‎ = true and using that var within your ignore statement, such as: ignore where service.name == "loa

I've had the same issue with some check plugins that are apparently designed to work with other systems. What I did was write a wrapper script that uses sed to remove the unit indicator. Then I point the CheckCommand to that script instead. Here's one example: #!/bin/bash /etc/icinga2/myscripts/

Hello, i was just wondering why the icinga 2.4 release is not yet available on my Ubuntu 12.04 systems. (My 14.04 systems have upgraded to icinga 2.4.0 just fine) Did you pause the release process due to the downtime bug? I still have some 12.04 systems around which now are kind of disconnected
