Running the icingaweb2/setup with a token.
Trying to set up user authentication from LDAP.
Using PostgreSQL database and got through that setup.
Granted 'ALL' to the icinga database to the icinga user in postgres.
Got to the first LDAP screen and have it properly configured with all fields

Oldie alert - you did install icingaweb2 through the packages, so you should
not need to do the manual steps for config dir setup etc.
