My cluster health check config in services.conf, localhost represents the
master node.
apply Service "cluster" {
check_command = "cluster"
check_interval = 5s
retry_interval = 1s
assign where host.name == "localhost"
}
just want to make sure I'm doing cluster health check right b

I restored in my configuration the user and group icinga and icingacmd but
I have this error.
SSL context is required for AddListener()
It's the same configuration with work if I run icinga2 in root mode.

Yes, I use root because if I use icinga and icingacmd my cluster
installation don't work.

Seriously? Go fix your permission issues. Running daemons as root is not
recommended nor supported.

Hi Max,
I had problem with cluster configuration because if I simply started
icinga2 with this command "service icinga2 start" the service dont' open
socket for permission problem. I changed the permission of execution in
/etc/sysconfig/icinga2.conf and now I use root for user and group and it

Hey Alfonso,
Are you using classic-ui with graphite? Have you tried setting up
icinga-web with graphite?
And how do you configure your master and satellite nodes? I'm still
struggling to get a working cluster setup with satellite nodes
communicating with master node.

Hi to everybody,
I have a cluster configuration of my icinga2.
I have restarted one endpoint and all the child host is in the
state and after a restart the status is not
change. It's an interface problem?
I setted service ping for this hosts and he work fine but the host it's red.
Any idea? In cas
It's possibile integrate pnp4nagios into classic-ui with icinga2?
How I can read documentation for the intregration?
I installed graphite but isn't elegant.
