key without having a command associated with the PFKEY.

If I create a private dataspace via DSPSERV (i.e., in a server address
space) and write output into that dataspace on behalf of a client address
space, can I then re-assign ownership of that dataspace to that client
address space, who would then assume responsibility for deleting the
dataspace once

version of ThruPut Manager can lower caps by reducing actual demand. We
control all of the batch so it was just a matter of tracking the 4HRA and some
other utilization numbers and making adjustments on the fly.
