I generated a new ISPCFIGU module and put it into my linklst, did the refresh,
etc and its not being picked up.
If I add the ISPCFIGU to my ISPLLIB, it works just fine. And execute ISPCCO
What library are you loading it to? Out of that utility, I tell it to make a
usermod, which I then apply, and the load module ends up in SISPLOAD.

The trick was that IZUPRMxx was NOT READ during startup.
I had IZUPRM='PREV', but no IZU= entry in IEASYS.
In effect IZUPRM00 member existed, I added PLUGINS entry, but it was not
read during IZUSVR1 startup.
I fixed it. Now the icons are not gray, but I lack some RACF

associated plugin statement in IZUPRMxx. I don't think you can even install
them with the Import Manager.
