: [External]Re: TSO OMVS Command area
What happens when you type part of the command in the OMVS command line and end
it with backslash (\)?
Is there a panel in ishell for entering long commands?

When I enter TSO OMVS on my ISPF screen, is there a way to make the command
area larger than 2

Does that make the command area bigger?
On some applications it doesn't. Even worse, in some cases it wraps the input
area
in a pillarbox, making insertng characters painful.

Make your screen bigger :-).
You should be able to end a line with \, enter it, then continue with more
stuff.
Or, edit it into a script file.

I have a long command I want to enter that doesn't fit on the two lines I
currently have.
Apologies is this is a basic ?;
