I would check sys1.samplib. As many other have stated there are most likely
several examples on the CBTTAPE and elsewhere.

To find the USS table name(s) at your installation you need to look in your
tn3270 profile for Telnet or in VTAMLST if you have SNA devices.
For tn3270 look in the BEGINVTAM block for the USSTCP statement.
For VTAM look at the LU USSTAB option or perhaps at GROUP/LINE/PU for sift-down.

Excuse me, but there are very few VTAM libraries in the system (and many
elements in shared libraries).
A source of USS10MSG or any other thing may be found in one of VTAM
libraries, in a SAMPLIB or maybe other library I'm not aware of
DDDEFS to start with.
