Thank you John, it worked! Due to TSO/ISPF concatenations I had to logoff also. And even then few datasets (3?) were not touched due to ENQ. But this is enough. Actually I looked at "black magic incantations and patches" chapter in DSS manual, but I missed that.  :-) And I'm still awaiting such

IPL won't help at all. I'm trying to process SYS1 (and other) datasets on "cold" volume - it is not sysres, none of the datasets is in use. This is tech system with minimum libraries, almost none products. And I can IPL this system how many times I want, but it won't change anything - SYS1.LINK
