z/OS Migrator which must have their hardware as the target. Most

You might be better off to look at "Mainframe as a Service" from one of
the smaller providers that can keep it on the z9 but attach it to newer
dasd.
The company I work for specializes in such, but you did not give enough
information to even know if you are candidate for our services.
