That's correct - the IEFA111I message is intended to be information to help
debug a job that didn't behave as expected. It's issued when a job has
MSGLEVEL=(,1) in effect.

it, I think it is purely informational.
Does it matter where the values come from? I read it as kind of debug help
information in case you run into a problem that could be related to one setting
or the other.
