We have a Z16 connected to a TS7700. The TS7700 is also connected to
Physical Tape drive TS4500. Our tape management system is Broadcom CA1. If we
want to stop using the TS7700 and send our tape data to an S3 private cloud
solution, but still want to replicate the data to Physical tape
We have 2 clusters :Ts7720 and Ts7740 version 3.3 . Both serve our PROD Lpars.
We dont have seperate clusters in our DR Site. We seperate the volumes access
in DR , by using a different DEVSUP.
From V3.1 its possible to use a flash copy, combined with Write protect mode.
