I've revised the draft to reflect it. And also, all the Unicode versions ("x.y.0") in the JEP were
replaced with "x.y" in passing, because they are official abbreviations for "x.y.0".

Looks good as the expected follow-on to the equivalent work in JDK 8 (JEP 133:
Unicode 6.2 [1]).
My only minor recommendation is that you consider adding a link to unicode.org
