Sorry but I think this email thread has lost its original request intension
of gathering data for external monitors to being support for external
monitors.
Is there some way this important support work can be transfered to the git
issues log so we keep it for anyone having issues of the same

Samsung series 3 laptop with external hdmi monitor all seems to work fine -
Blender and glxgears tested in full screen

BTW did I say thanks for the hardware Bumblebee Devs put in!
