I just noticed that my httpsE 2014.11.25 doesn't (fully?) work with
Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m (64-bit).
I am able to navigate to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and I'm
not redirected. Do others also have this problem?

I tried to reproduce with the same version, and Wikipedia works
correctly. Do you have any other extensions installed? Does the HTTPS
Everywhere icon appear in your URL bar? If so, is the Wikimedia rule
present and checked?
