I see the tag in the github repository, do you mean the Tor
repository? If I so I don't think I have access to that. Perhaps Jacob
does?

Yes, I will make a Chrome release based off this same tag later this
week. Note that there will only be ruleset changes. The Chrome
release can't disable SSLv3 because Chrome does not give extensions
access to the necessary APIs.
