This is a bug I've found a couple of weeks ago on the generator while
investigating the Envers test errors.
Be sure to use the latest snapshot of jpamodelgen (or build it yourself). And
be sure entitymanager uses it too.

We will have to do a release of the metamodel generator either way before
the next Core release.
If possible I would like to wait a couple of days though. I wanted to look
into some simple issues
like METAGEN-14 for the next version.
Will there be a Beta4 version of Core? And if so when?

Hi All,
Attached is a series of patches which implements the missing
functionality for Criteria queries, namely being able to use Criteria
queries for collections of components or scalars.
The patch series includes documentation changes and test cases.
I'd love for this to get into the project,

Odd. No clue about why they would get stripped. Ideas about what to
do, attach them to a Jira "patch" issue?
We are all working on JPA 2 support ATM, so I would not expect much on
this in the short term.
BTW, have you tried the JPA 2 criteria queries? They do have support

I'm attempting to resend this "complete" patch set, which includes
documentation and test cases in a series of 5 patches, the first two of
which are independent bug fixes.
My previous attempt seemed to have patch stripped so I'm going to try
one at a time.
Patch 0001: In the JoinWalker, we assem
Hmm still no attachment. One last try and then I'll give up and put the
patches in JIRA.
Once more, with feeling. See below for the description.

Hi Steve,
I'll schedule this import for Friday, 3PM PST. It should take us a few
hours to complete. I'll send you an email when we're taking the data
snapshot and that'll be the data cut-off time.
I'll send you a second email once the import is complete.
That's tomorrow:
