I manually uploaded to SourceForge and Andrea helped (thanks!) with the doc
server.
I'll work on a release announcement this weekend, there was a lot involved
in this one.

not able to upload the "dist" to Sourceforge nor the docs to JBoss. All
artifacts are pushed to BinTray.
