I like using timeanddate.com to plan meetings (see [1] for an example). You
add the cities of participants, get a time table with UTC and all involved
local times and can send a link such as [2] to the participants.

moment. We really need to change this meeting time. The current time is
unworkable for me every other week. Either we need to move this 2.5 hours
later or move it to another day. If another day, Thursday is the only other
day

with it for 4.0. Also we discussed EntityManagerFactory building.
