The reason why there is such a huge difference between the 5.0 and 5.1
documentation is because 5.1 uses the new User Guide which was written from
scratch.
I think it's a good idea to just grab the new doc and port it on 5.0 but
that might require some changes on hibernate.org too.

I see documentation of implicit and physical naming strategies for 5.1 [1],
but not for 5.0. Where in the 5.0 documentation is this information?
Have changes been made to this functionality in 5.1?
