I have pending changes for DocumentExtractor, DocumentBuilderHelper,
DocumentBuilderIndexedEntity
(if I consider only the engine package).
I can merge them later if this is blocking you, won't be much work.

Any opinion or objection? Most are non API non SPI classes anyways.
