I have now done following:
- entered as root, after reboot
- /dev/sda7 was mounted as /home
- instead of mounting /dev/mapper/protected on /home
- first I have unmounted /home
- and then mounted /dev/mapper/protected on /home
- and run: ./pre-inst-env guix package -i hello, with su

You are right, sure, it was the only option on chat, to
quickly place it somewhere, as the /home was unmounted, so I
have lost all operation, passwords, etc. temporarily, and
did not replace it with better download option.
