So, nobody had any advice as to how to troubleshoot this and I stopped
looking for root cause and started looking for a fix of any sort. Turns
out that was to make sure nothing was using /gnu/store and then `rm -rf
/gnu/* /var/guix` and re-install guix. All of

I'm trying to learn how to program in rust, but using default rust
package with `guix install rust` throws an error during the linking phase

I am quite new to Guix. I use the package node[1] amongst others. The
latest available version is 18.19.0, which is a bit behind the current Node
version, 22.6.0[2].
Is there any plan to upgrade it? I am ready to invest some time on it, if
