I usually use Guix on a foreign distro as a normal user. This time,
however, I needed to do one thing as root. The Guix' CI server was
temporarily down, so I thought I'd try with
sudo guix pull --no-substitutes
It failed to download linux-libre-5.4.20-gnu.tar.xz. Log below
