Dear,
I am running Guix on the top of Debian. And I have done the hint
proposed by Guix.
Then e.g. `guix package -A rogue' works as expected. No more warnings.
However, e.g. `guix environment --ad-hoc guile' still warns.
Is it expected?

gst-libav does support x264 IIRC.
