I'm trying to download a source tarball from a private server that
happens to use HTTP basic auth. I tried doing the usual
"https://user:passw...@example.com/foo.tar.gz"; but it doesn't seem to
work. This URI format works just fine when doing authenticated Git
downloads. Does anyone know what is

This actually gave me the same UUID, so I moved on to the next step
since the issue could have just been the lack of LUKS UUID functionality
in 0.10
