when ${master_host} = 'localhost' for whatever reason. But this is not the
issue . I will find out. I just wanted to get some hints on creating
/var/cfengine. So thanks Nicolas!

Hi Nicolas,
I cannot repoduce this. 'cf-agent --bootstrap' neither copies the binaries
nor creates any keys. Both still has to be done manually.
