mystery how some folks have such trouble and others don't. The blank
root key is certainly something to watch out for.

I cleaned this up yesterday with flushing my servers *.db and
$(workdir)/state/* dir. Oh yeah I also in desperation trashed my
$(workdir)/ppkeys/* except my server keys these I kept. This in
essences had reset the server, but let the populated clients still
retain the server key. This was not

I was having similar issues upgrading with keys, but it was fixed with svn
1734. Multiple keys were matching the same key if they where close. c
