To my understanding var promises are not counted in repaired promises and I
predict that the repaired promises are your report promises

I've tested the usemodule function as follows, but it also reports 100%
Promises repaired. The module vars are expanded as expected.

I don't think their is another way around. Like Neil mentioned, command
promieses are considered as promises repaired.

When a command promise is run it is considered repaired.
