Ok,
If I run cfagent manually if a change is to be made, I see this:
-> Created file /tmp/config.cf, mode = 600
-> Edited fil
It varies a bit based on your policy but generally you'll see actions
from the agent listed in logs of the outputs directory and in syslog.

I'm being asked if cfengine logs all of the changes it makes to a system. From
what I can see my systems are only logging errors and quotes from commands.
I'
