I am testing CFengine 3.2.3 on a Windows 7 (using Cygwin); all seem to be fine,
even there's no complain from cf-promise but when I run cf-agent I get
following error messages:

I'm trying to download 'Cfengine-2.2.10' via wget from
http://www.cfengine.org/downloads/cfengine-2.2.8.tar.gz and
http://www.cfengine.org/tarballs/cfengine-2.2.10.tar.gz. But wget fails to
download it.
Is there any way to download this version via commandline option(wget or ftp),

I'm interested to configure/test CFengine on virtualized environment
(Xen-based). I'm assuming that dom0 would manage its domU with Cfengine.
I wonder some one has any tutorial guide on that.
