I'm using one bundle to make servers grouping.
In bundlesequence i have:
bundlesequence => {
"update",
"garbage_collection",
"groups",
"main"
};
groups define server groups:

The existing servers all have cfengine-2.1.15 installed as apposed to my new
server that has cfengine
