I purchased the pre-released version of "Learning CFEngine 3"
at http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920022022.do. Even it has only four
chapters, it clarified some of my puzzles. Thanks to Diego Zamboni! I was

Thanks, but I gave up on it and did two things: hardcode the few files I needed
(which is very inflexible as they might change behind my back whenever
