The negative lookahead using grep is counter intuitive. I think we need three
new functions.

I find that Cfengine is like calculus. You either get it right away or your
head explodes. After the explosion you try again.

The client (cf-agent) reads the policies, locally on the client

and myhost4 is the policy server - the class is accepted.
