The ui is designed to be used on a display > 19'', like most desktop
displays
You can customize the views through your own modules and make it look
like you need.
On the tryton docs you can see how to do it, or if you want it, we can
share an example.

There should be no horizontal scrolling.
Most probably the some field translation strings into Chinese are too
long. Check the same form in English and let us know if you have scrolling.
