We're working on the upcoming GNU Health HMIS 4.0 component, and I
thought of introducing a code associated to each warning and error
message.
I think that, although most messages are self-explanatory, a unique
identifier would help for:

something like: "if you want to associate a health professional to this
user, do this and that ..."
